Handled ascenders feature a one way spring loaded cam that moves effortlessly up the rope while locking firmly in place once loaded. Used on ropes from 11mm to 13mm in diameter (up to ½”). Lower holes for textile (footloop) and carabiner attachment. 

• Designed for ascending and occasionally for hauling (progress capture)
• Wide, ergonomic molded handle allows a comfortable yet powerful grip
• Toothed cam with self-cleaning slot optimizes performance under any conditions (e.g. frozen or dirty ropes)
• Upper hole through which a carabiner attaches the device to the rope (useful for back-up belays or hauling)
